Product Information & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display products, availability, and pricing accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices, products, and promotions at any time without notice. Photographs are representative; actual products may vary slightly in color or finish.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms, including any financing, are confirmed at the time of purchase. Sales tax is applied where required.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Same-day delivery, when available, depends on order time, distance, and stock. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns
See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details. Mattresses, clearance, and special-order items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Warranty
Most products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Grand City does not extend those warranties unless stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
