Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you take home. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.
General Policy
Most furniture may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery if it is in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags. Original delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable.
Mattresses
For hygiene reasons, mattresses are non-returnable once opened. Manufacturer defects are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty, we'll help you file a claim.
Clearance & Special Orders
Clearance, "as-is," floor-model, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your delivery and note any damage on the receipt. Contact us within 48 hours for replacement or repair at no charge.
How to Start a Return

- We'll confirm eligibility and schedule pickup or in-store drop-off.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
